Ms. Unique Seshie
Managing Partner
She is a dynamic chartered accountant with over twelve years expertise in Risk, Audit, Finance and Strategy.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) – UK and a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). Also, an affiliate member of GARP (Global Association of Risk Professionals. She holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Risk Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ghana.
Unique trained as an Audit and Risk Senior Associate at Ernst & Young- EY Ghana. She significantly contributed to various Risk, Assurance, Performance Improvement and Strategy engagements for leading organisations across various sectors. Acting as the Finance Manager of Old Mutual Life Insurance in 2015, She competently helped in restructuring the finance operations following the acquisition of Provident Life Company.
She also worked at First Atlantic Bank in Treasury Sales; Genser Energy as the Financial Accountant; Unibank (now CBG Bank) in Retail banking and Alsbridge Properties.
Malik Denu
Partner
He is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years of experience in various accounting roles in practice and industry. His years in practice has culminated in rich experience in Accounting and Finance, Audit and Tax in the Ghanaian setting. Innovation, efficiency, effectiveness and smart working are tools he believes helps propel him deliver best results throughout his working life.
He is a member in good standing with Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) as well as the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) – UK.
He holds an MBA in Project management from Paris Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana Legon in Accounting and Economics. Malik trained with Ayew Agyeman Turkson and Co, and UHY Godwinson as Tax and Audit team Lead.
He also worked as Finance Manager at IC Securities Ghana limited and Maersk Drilling Ghana Limited as a Senior Accountant respectively.
Solomon Sedinam Agbemenya, PMP
Director
Solomon has over 10 years’ experience in business consulting, strategy development and execution, process improvement and project management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMI) and a Certified Project Management Consultant (IPMP, Ghana). He holds an MBA in Total Quality Management from the University of Professional Studies and a BSc. in Banking and Finance from Central University. He is a Six Sigma Green and Black belt Professional and a Certified ISO/IEC 27001 and BCMS22301 Lead Implementer.
Solomon was formally the Head of Wallet at Fido with the responsibility of leading Fido’s Wallet business in Ghana, including but not limited to championing growth, hiring, regulator engagement, business development and general operations.
He was also a business advisor for Meltwater through their MEST Africa program where he consulted for SMEs towards their scale up.
Prior to joining Fido, Solomon worked with First Atlantic Bank as a Strategist and was very instrumental in developing the bank’s digital strategy with an expected net return of +$35m. While at the bank, he was a key member of the team that led the bank in multiple successful certifications of ISO 27001, PCIDSS and BCMS22301 standards. Also at the bank, he received a service quality award and a letter of commendation from the Executive management for continuous demonstration of exceptional service delivery to all stakeholders.
He also previously worked with Barclays Bank Ghana as a Process Modeler in charge of process mapping and process reviews. His celebratory work ethics earned him a recognition for excellent service.
Solomon is the author of the book, “Optimizing Your Business Operations” and has published six (6) and two (2) editions of the Evangel and Kidz magazine respectively.
He was awarded with a Young Entrepreneurs Award (runner-up) in 2018 and shortlisted as a Forty Under 40 Awards nominee in 2019.
Solomon is currently the Head, Business Development for Fido.
